Few things in this world can ruin a persons day – or week for that matter – like constipation. That feeling of having to go, but you simply can’t? And the bloating; and the pain and discomfort; and the, well, you get the idea.

So what do you do? When most people think of constipation relief, they often think of what foods they can eat that will help, however, ask anyone who has had constipation before and trust us, one of the last things they want to do is eat. And what about medication? Sure, those can help, either prescribed or OTC, but over time, these can cause problems in the body and lose effectiveness.
